(your name)
Hellbrunnerstr. 3, 5020 Salzburg, Austria

Landesatelier im Künstlerhaus (Salzburg Künstlerhaus Studio), Hellbrunner Straße 3
or the back entrance from Hinterholzer Kai (on the riverside).

Take the staircase next to the café to the 1st floor.
The Salzburg Künstlerhaus Studio is upstairs on the left, opposite the stairs.
On the house-plan of the Künstlerhaus it has the number 13.
The studio is about 70 m² and equipped with a kitchen, a private bathroom, a sleeping area upstairs and working space downtairs with a desk, sofa and shelves for art supplies. There are no bed linen, towels and cleaning supplies.

If you would like to have guests please let us know in advance. Unfortunately the studio is not equipped for a stay with a child or a family.

Parking is possible behind the house. Therefore we need a notice at least 2 weeks before your stay to make a reservation for a spot. Parking costs 25€ per month. You will receive a parking card by the arrival at the office of the Künstlerhaus.

At the back entrance you can also find a bike which is only for your use while staying in Salzburg. It is red and white and there is written "Land Salzburg" on it. You find the key for your lock with the general keys.

If you arrive by train, catch bus number 3 from the train station, which will take you directly to the Künstlerhaus (bus stop "Justizgebäude" is right opposite the red Künstlerhaus).

There are 16 live-in or working studios in the Künstlerhaus, which are rented out to visual artists from Salzburg. The „City Studio", which is located right next to the Salzburg Studio, is also rented out on an exchange basis. Just enquire with your neighbor, if you like.

The Kunstverein (Art Association) organizes exhibits, lectures, concerts and discussions.

Please introduce yourself in the office of the Kunstverein and provide them with a biography and a picture of one of your works for the information panel "Guest at the Salzburg Studio". Staff will be present in the mornings (until 1 p.m).

Your key unlocks the main entrances of the Künstlerhaus and the inner door of the studio (the outer door of the studio is for noise protection and insulation purposes and is not to be locked). Please make sure you also lock the door of main entrance (Hellbrunnerstraße) outside opening hours of the Cafe Tula, Mondays through to Fridays after 11 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays after 8 p.m.

The large back entrance glass door on the riverside closes automatically, please do not lock.

You should find a city map at the studio – if not, please see us at the Traklhaus or visit the Tourist Information at Mozartplatz 5, where you will find more information. At the Traklhaus we can also provide you with the current exhibition program (3 month program "Kunst in Salzburg" – art in Salzburg - for museums and galleries in the City of Salzburg). Of course, you are very welcome to visit all our exhibit openings and events at the Traklhaus.

In the basement of the Künstlerhaus there is a washing machine, which you are welcome to use. You will find it at the bottom of the stairs from the main entrance, first door on the right. The key you will find also in the drawer of the desk. It has a green tag with "Waschküche" written on it.

We will try and support you with your art project and can bring you in contact with other artist.

We will also provide you with a written note, which will ask for free entrance to all Salzburg museums.

In case we will not meet prior to your departure, please leave the key at the café or – in case it is closed – at the office or the supervisor of the Kunstverein.
