<![CDATA[<ul> <li>name and address of the applicant and of the landowner, if the applicant is not the same person as the landowner;</li> <li>information on whether the project is planned in a protected area, and information on the protected area in question;</li> <li>identification of the plots of land, the cadastral district and the municipality in which the project is planned;</li> <li>type of project, type of crop and land use designation of the plot on which the project is planned;</li> <li>information on existing authorisations, rights or procedures initiated under other legislation that may be taken into account for the project (building permit, etc.);</li> <li>for certain measures, compliance of the project with the requirements of land-use planning;</li> <li>the written consent of the landowners or other persons entitled to dispose of the project applied for, if they are not themselves applicants;</li> <li>within a period to be determined by the authority, the possibility under private law of implementing administrative requirements (e.g. restrictions, offsetting measures) or landscape preservation plans.</li> </ul> <p>Simplified procedure:</p> <ul> <li>a description of the project;</li> <li>the names and addresses of the manager(s) of the project and of the landowner(s);&nbsp;</li> <li>where applicable, the written consent of the landowners;</li> <li>the identification of the plots of land covered by the project (municipality, cadastral district, parcel number).&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>The nature conservation authority may dispense with any of the particulars and documents referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 if these are not relevant to the assessment of the project; it may request the production of further documents and evidence to the extent necessary for the assessment of the project.</p> ]]>

<![CDATA[<ul> <li>Name und Anschrift der antragsstellenden Person und der Grundeigentümer, falls Antragsteller*in und Grundeigentümer*in nicht ident sind,</li> <li>Angaben, ob und in welchem geschützten Gebiet das Vorhaben geplant ist,</li> <li>Bezeichnung der Grundstücke, der Katastralgemeinde und der Gemeinde, in der das Vorhaben beabsichtigt ist,</li> <li>Art des Vorhabens, Art der Kulturgattung und der Flächenwidmung des Grundstückes, auf dem das Vorhaben beabsichtigt ist,</li> <li>Angaben über bereits vorliegende Bewilligungen bzw Berechtigungen oder eingeleitete Verfahren nach anderen für das Vorhaben in Betracht kommenden Rechtsvorschriften (Baubewilligung udgl)</li> <li>bei gewissen Maßnahmen die Übereinstimmung des Vorhabens mit den raumordnungsrechtlichen Voraussetzungen</li> <li>die schriftliche Zustimmung de Grundeigentümer oder sonst Verfügungsberechtigten zum beantragten Vorhaben, wenn diese nicht selbst Antragssteller*in sind</li> <li>innerhalb einer von der Behörde festzusetzenden Frist die privatrechtliche Möglichkeit der Verwirklichung beabsichtigter behördlicher Vorschreibungen (zB Auflagen, Ausgleichmaßnahmen) oder von Landschaftspflegeplänen</li> </ul> <p>Vereinfachtes Verfahren:</p> <ul> <li>eine Beschreibung des Vorhabens,</li> <li>Angaben über die Namen und Anschriften des/der Betreiber*in des Vorhabens und des/der Grundeigentümer*in,&nbsp;</li> <li>gegebenenfalls die schriftliche Zustimmung der Grundeigentümer</li> <li>die Bezeichnung der vom Vorhaben berührten Grundstücke (Gemeinde, Katastralgemeinde, Parzellen-Nummer)&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Die Naturschutzbehörde kann von einzelnen der im Abs.&nbsp;1 und 2 genannten Angaben und Unterlagen absehen, wenn diese für die Beurteilung des Vorhabens unerheblich sind; sie kann die Vorlage weiterer Unterlagen sowie die Beistellung sonstiger Behelfe verlangen, soweit dies für die Beurteilung des Vorhabens erforderlich ist.</p> ]]>
